High Torque With Flange Mounting
The BX1 features flange mount hubs on both ends. There are two bellows with an intermediate tube (Series 10 without intermediate tube).
Connections between the hubs and bellows are welded. The hubs are made of steel while the bellows are made from highly flexible, high grade stainless steel. It has an operating temperature range of -40 to 300 °C.
Custom designs with various tolerances, key-ways, materials, dimensions, etc. are available upon request for non-standard applications.
This is a backlash free, torsionally rigid solution with a high level of misalignment compensation that is suitable for high torque loads.
The simple, compact design allows for easy mounting and dismounting and provides a long maintenance free service life when operated withing the technical ratings.
